    2. martial art system ever created. Your child will receive certified Gracie Barra Black Belt instruction,

    5. Each class is 45 minutes long and designed to move at a pace designed to
    6. maintain student attention and participation. A typical class consists of a thorough warm up, a
    7. self-defense technique, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Technique, closely monitored live training, and an exercise based game.
    8. The Juniors Class is taught five times a week and is co-instructed by Professor Chris
    9. Students will also learn the history and heritage of Gracie Barra and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
    10. The Juniors class is also the beginning of each students journey into the offensive submission
    11. and submission defense element of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
