    2. They will practice with other swimmers of similar ability. At meets, there is the opportunity
    3. Swimmers need to be registered with USA swimming to participate in team practices.

    8. AQUASTAR requires swimmers to be water-safe and to be able to swim the length of
    9. the pool under 1:00 without assistance. You and the coaches should determine if outside swimming
